ViStudio is a platform that provides users with access to AI-powered video creation tools and services. Our platform acts as an intermediary, providing users with a Chrome extension and web interface to access and interact with third-party AI services.

3. Third-Party Services
ViStudio provides access to and facilitates the use of third-party AI services (including but not limited to Google Flow, AI video platforms, and other external tools). By using ViStudio, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- We are not responsible for any changes, modifications, updates, or discontinuation of third-party services.
- Service availability depends entirely on the third-party provider and may change without notice.
- Feature changes in third-party services are beyond our control. Features available today may not be available tomorrow.
- Access restrictions imposed by third-party providers are not our responsibility.
- No compensation will be provided for unavailability of third-party services.
- Third-party services have their own Terms of Service, which you must comply with independently.
- We do not guarantee that our service will be compatible with all future versions of third-party platforms.
If a third-party service makes changes that affect ViStudio functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to update our platform, but we are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused during this period.
4. User Accounts
To use ViStudio, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse third-party services through our platform.

- Circumvent rate limits or restrictions of third-party services in unauthorized ways
- Share your account credentials with others

Content generated using third-party AI services through our platform may be subject to the intellectual property terms of those third-party services. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We explicitly disclaim:
- Any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
- Any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service
- Any representation about the quality or output of third-party AI services
- Any guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements
Since we are a third-party reseller/facilitator of AI services, output quality and availability depend entirely on upstream service providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViStudio shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from third-party service changes or unavailability
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the last 30 days
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ViStudio at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
